Behavior Design Canvas

Successfully integrating Behavior Design into products, services, and organizations requires teams to follow a structured, methodical process. This helps them develop a shared vocabulary, enabling them to iterate and adapt the process to their needs over time. Teams need a framework that offers a solid foundation in Behavior Design to get started.

Around a decade ago, Fabric identified a growing need among diverse organisations across various sectors and locations. To address this, we developed the Behavior Design Canvas—a framework based on multiple behavioral science models and research, aimed at promoting positive behavior change in digital users. We have continuously refined this framework and successfully applied it in many customer engagements, where it has been well-received.
